Hi Francis,

I would send an A4 flyer to all of the Universities Departments or Schools that have civil engineering programs and ask that they put the flyer on their jobs noticeboard. Some of the Schools now have electronic noticeboards so you should ask for the PDF to be put on the electronic noticeboard as well.

My School always has a number of companies that enquire about graduates mid-year and they have spent the time to make contacts within the School that can help them.
